Returns and Exchanges: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full store credit (excluding and shipping or gift wrapping costs). If your item is being exchanged for a different size and we do not have the size you need or cannot order it, a store credit will be issued. All returns or exchanges must meet all of the following criteria: must be accompanied by the original receipt, must be in new condition (unused, unopened, and not washed), and must have all original tags and labels in place and in original packaging. No exceptions. Also, for a return or exchange please include a reason for the return or exchange and the description of the product you wish to replace the item with. Shipping costs will apply to the returned or exchanged item.
Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased as a set cannot be returned as separates. Sale, clearance, swimsuits, holiday, and custom items are all final sales-no returns or exchanges.
Store Credit: All store credit will expire 30 days from the date store credit is issued. To use your store credit, please contact Sass during normal business hours, to make this request.
Shipping: Shipping is available within the United States. All shipping is either FedEx or Ups Ground with the option for 2Day or Overnight. Ground shipping with purchases over $100 is free.* Orders placed during regular business hours (Mon. thru Fri. 10am to 5:00pm PST) will ship within 24-48 hours. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or rural areas may require an additional business day for expedited deliveries, and 7-14 days for ground deliveries. We do not offer deliveries to P. O. Boxes. *Additional shipping costs are required for items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. These additional costs may also apply on ground shipping with purchase of over $100. You will be contacted by a customer representative regarding these additional costs. Additional costs for oversized items may also apply.
Shipment Refusal: Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee’s associated with the delivery.
Orders: Once your order is approved your card will be charged and your order will be shipped within 48 hours and within regular business hours as mentioned above. If your order is not approved you will be contacted and your card will not be charged.
Payments: We accept Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.
Sales Tax: On orders shipped within the state of California, you will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7.5%. No sales tax is charged for orders delivered to any other states.
